hello readers I have spoken to The casinos Security and safety manager and now have some more information on the reasons that the darwin casino won’t let me access the footage ( couldnt get thru to the manager)
- Privacy
- And Company Policy
So now I will be firstly writting to the privacy commisioner and asking exactly what laws are stopping me from viewing that footage basically taken into account th Freedom of Information Act 1982.
Then for Darwin Casino company policy I have found out the the sycity darwin footage is private property so with this in mind it will make my effort even more of a challange.

So once again, the Freedom of Information Act helps another villain escape. Absolutely amazing.
But don’t overlook the possibility that your basher is a regular patron of the Darwin Casino. The Casino would not want to annoy a good customer in your pursuit of justice.

This is another disgrace of the Privacy Act. These casinos’ set themselves up and protect the criminals because their are not allowed public cameras in there or will they produce the evidence. Why can’t the police view the footage and arrest this B*****D, before he murders someone. He is dangerous, and I am so sorry for the victim, and I hope you find Justice soon……x

I am sure if the offender has grabbed a few chips of the blackjack table before giving you a belting, then they would happily hand over the tapes. Privacy my arse. Boycot this casino, I AM.

Have the police been able to get hold of the footage?
