WHERE were they and why did it take so long to get to the spot? The taxi driver? What did he do? Did not even think about tooting the horn constantly to gain attraction? This bloke is a piece of vermin, a walking piece of dog shit and he should be treated accordingly. Spray it, sweep it in the gutter and hose it down.
